Funds Retainer Policy Each case varies in reference to retainer funds and includes filing fees; you will be quoted during your initial consultation according to your individual case. A retainer agreement shall be furnished upon receipt of payment and monthly billing statements issued with time and charges placed against your account. Once your retainer fee has been exhausted, we will bill you monthly for the additional fees incurred.
